Gr 3-7  Three children named Violet, Klaus and Sunny are running away from a terrible, evil and greedy man name Count Olaf. The teenager, the tween and infant go to another one of their relatives to stay away from Count Olaf and have a home. Their Aunt Josephine, who is scared of everything except for the children, is their new home and it seems like it will fall off the cliff. There is no happiness in this story just because it's full of despair. The author will tell you that and he will tell you how bad they feel or how he doesn't want to write the story. He will also tell you stories of when he went to the hill or resort. The funny things or happy things in this book is the author's and the children remembering their love and fun with their parents. Read this book to feel lose and to be excited by cliff hangers.

SMALL STEPS BY LOUIS SACHAR 

A book that I recomend is Small Steps by Louis Sachar. This book is about Armpit, the protagonist who's real name is Theodore, lives in Austin, Texas and he tries to turn his life around. But it's hard when you have a record and everyone expects the worst from you. The only person who believes in Armpit is Ginny, his ten-year-old disabled neighbor. But then his friend X-ray comes up with a money making plan which leads Armpit to a chance encounter with teen pop sensation Kaira Deleon.

Vlad the Impaler the real Count Dracula

If you're into blood and gore, you will love ¨Vlad the Impaler the real Count Dracula.¨ Disloyal, vicious, and stubborn Vlad Dracula yearned to be ruler of his home of Wallachia. Because of this, he did any and everything it took just to be crowned prince of Wallachia, even if it meant murder. Now, you're probably wondering why they call him the impaler. It's really self explanatory actually, the reason is that he would kill or murder his victims by impaling them on either wooden or metal stakes. Legend has it that he would dip his bread in the blood of the victims! Are you interested yet? So once again, if your into blood, gore, and torture you should really find and read this book.

    Holes is exciting action packed book.Its about Stanley Yelnats a unlucky kid who gets sent to Camp Green Lake because he found shoes that someone else stole from a charity.Why did it matter because they were Clyde Livingston's shoes a all star baseball player.So Stanley takes the blame and ends up at Camp Green Lake.At least hes not in jail you might think but no all day diggin' 5 by 5 holes the book is called holes for a reason.They don't get much water and there digging in 100 plus degrees.They just dig holes all day and get cruddy meals and little water I think they'd rather be in jail.Stanley gets into all sorts of trouble and ends up running away from the campsite that they dig holes. Stanley finds Zero they end finding something pretty good that the camp warden wanted but you can only find out what happens by reading this book Holes by Louis Sachar.

  In the story,"Stay" by Cynthia Rylant, the main character, Doris, has a dad that didn't want to keep the dog that his daughter had found on the streets, and kept it for a while now. His dad called it names and made her daughter think that he is going to take the dog to the pound. But when he came back with the dog one afternoon, he told Doris what he saw there, at the pound, and what he was thinking. For sure the dad wished that he had never had went there and that he would never go there again. A message that you can get from this story is to think through what you are going to do because if you don't something wrong could happen, for sure you don't want that to happen.

You guys have got to read this book called Peanut. It was so good i read all 200 pages in 30 minutes, I was like ¨ Oh My God I wanna read more.¨ Its about this girl who has no recognition among anyone and pretends to have a fake pea nut allergy to get popular.  

shredder man attack of the tagger

The book i am reading is called shredder man attack of the tagger.By wenelinvandraanen. The story is about a kid named nolan he is 11 and he wants to be a supper hero but when he try to be nice they call him a villen or they try to hurt him.the leson he learnd is to never give up because he did not give up.

Locomotion by Jacqueline Woodsen

Eleven year old Lonnie's parents died in a fire. Lonnie was put up for fostering with his little sister Lily. Lonnie and Lily each got foster moms and were separated.  Lily and Lonnie see each other every Saturday. Lonnie is a poet, he writes poetry about a lot of things that he does. Lonnie lives in New York. This book is realistic fiction and its written in poetry. 

Shredder Man 2

This book I read is about a kid name Nolan.Nolan is Shredder man but knows,only The Bouncer aka Mr Green.So When one day somebody spray painted a big dumb baby on Mr Green van. When every body was in  class Mr Green was asking people what they know and it was the beginning.

The Genius Files by Dan Gutman one of the best book I know of. It is 285 pages long but wants you read it you will never let go of it. The book is basically about these two twins that are about to turn thirteen. One name is coke and the other is pepsi. weird i know. they live in california . In this book this author is super funny and writes in that way. They always like to go on a adventure and love to accomplished missions but this mission is unstoppable!

Center court sting by Matt christopher Series

If you like sports and action,this is a good book for you.The lesson of the story is that thrash talking can leave to trouble and make a little problem bigger.There is a lot of fighting scenes in this book.

sisters by raina telgemeier

SISTERs by Raina telgemeier .pages 197. Raina can’t wait to be an older sister.But when her younger sister Amara is born things aren't quite right. Amara is a nice looking baby ,but she is also a cranky, grouchy, baby and likes to play by herself. their relation ship between Raina and Amara doesn’t improve over the years. Raina is fourteen years old. lives in San Francisco. In the story Raina learns that if you are nice to your younger/older brother or sister you can have a lot of fun. A funny graphic novel,fiction.    

Alexis's life was hard enough already, she was in high school and had no real friends she couldn't fit in. Everyone was scared of her. Alexis's sister Kasey started to change she had green eyes instead of blue and used old fashion languages. Kasey even tried to kill people. Alexis knew there was something wrong with her sister. It turns out she was possessed by a ghost. On Alexis's journey to save her sister and everyone else from the ghost's wrath she became friends with the most unlikely people .If  you like books that are full of suspense and adventure then you should read Katie Alender's  book " Bad Girls Don't Die".

Fashion kitty by Charise Mericle Harper

1.)In the book fashion kitty by Charisse Miracle Harper , kiki a "cat" is the fashion kitty she help other people when they do no know what to wear .

2.)I can not understand why the end of the book in a little cat who loves fashion seen in a magazine all the girls are on the cover with circles in the eyes so he decided to paint his face with permanent marker and everyone in school she laughs until one of his friends gives him some glasses and covered his eyes circles.

3.)My favorite part of the book is when kiki return home and told their parents how to do that? Are you okay? kiki starting to mourn and their parents give her cake to eat and then wool (kiki sister) said Can I have a piece of cake too?

4.)I  recommend this book for somebody who likes fashion and superheroes . especially the girls because maybe they like pink and if they like funny comments 

5.) I like this book because they tell too much stories about problems with fashion and cats,  but i preferred the dogs.

Boy Tales Of Childhood By Roald Dahl

   The genre of this book is an auto biography written about Roald Dahl and he tells us how to solve childhood problems as a young kid like us. I recommended this because to me its kinda like a book written by someone else. This book gives a whole lot of internal thinking and a lot of good examples how to right a good book. This book is a very interesting book about certain parts in his life from when his father died to when he went to a all boy school and when he got in trouble he will get hit with a cane.The funniest part in this book is when Roald and his friends played a trick on the store owner.Read this book and I'll bet you'll laugh. :) 

            Diary of a Wimpy Kid 1  By Andrew Varano                                                                                                                                                                                                       The book i'm writing about is Diary Of a Wimpy Kid the first book by Jeff Kinney.The book has a red cover.Its about trouble making Greg Heffley he gets him and his ¨bestfinriend'' Rowley in trouble if your into a trouble making funny character and book then this book is good for you.Greg is always having something go wrong in school with bigger kids tests and crazy things going on.This book has a great mix-up of Action,drama,comedy this book is a great realistic-ficton story.Greg has a crazy family he has a brother Rodrick who hes always fighting with.Greg is always breaking up his friendship with Rowley Jefferson his "bestfriend" so they try to make eachother jealous anyway they can.They argue and ''brake up'' but most of the time they become friends again.With his crazy family life and his crazy friendship there's lots of drama and action and lots of times comedy.If you like comedy action realistic characters and some drama then this book is great for you.Greg is a funny type of character who's always getting himself in trouble.But Greg is funny and selfish. Rowley the secondary character is kind of babyish or foolish and Greg does dumb things with.Greg also uses Rowley like he gets Rowley in trouble for him.He makes Rowley do everything he wants.This book is Great full action,comedy,drama and more!I hope you read this book!

Tommysaurus Rex by Doug Tennaple

Tommysaurus Rex by Doug Tennaple is a sad, happy and interesting book that I recomended everybody to read.A boy named Ely is always happy with his dog named Tommy they are really good friends. When one day Tommy died because he got hit by a car while Ely is suffuring with out him. His dad cheared him up by letting him go to the farm with his grandfather.One day when Ely was wondering around he found a cave and cracked it open and found a freindly Tyrannosaurus Rex. People in the town do not agree about keeping the Tyrannosaurus Rex.Will they keep him ?

“The Mysterious Benedict Society”

Have you read any adventure type book that you just love and want to read again, or do you want to read another adventure about a group of 4 kids that pass a test in order to go on a deadly mission. The Mysterious Benedict society is Mr. Benedict’s last hope to stop Mr. Curtain. The main character’s are named Reynie Muldoon, Kate Wethrall, George (Sticky) Washington, and the creator of the name,“The Mysterious Benedict Society,” Constance Contriare.

The kids learn throughout their journey learn that it is not okay to give up. Its starts when Reynie and the other take a test for kids and they are the one destined to stop Mr. Curtain. They soon meet in Mr. Benedict’s mansion and are introduced to the quest they must complete. They meet struggles along the way as they meet tortuous executives that beat Kate bloody. They eventually find what the issue is, but will Milligan Their body guard fail to protect them?

I love this book because you always want to turn the page and see what will happen next. It is full of humor from Constance who is always extremely rude. Kate always carries a bucket full of tool that help and save one another. Sticky can remember everything he see’s. Reynie is just generally a genius.

I love this book because it is full of description; you can picture anything you read in it. It is also like a more sophisticated fantasy that may actually seem logical. As you read, all you will ever want to do after that is turn the page. It is the most addictive series of books I’ve ever read and if you love adventure; you will love “ The Mysterious Benedict Society.

Dork Diaries

Rachel Ren'ee Russell made a book called Dork Diaries there are 340 pages in the book.The main character is having problems with her enemy Mackenzie is giving her hard time asking people to the sweetheart dance also Nikki is shy to ask boys to the dance.The main character name is Nikki Maxwell she is 13 years old have one sister no brother also mom and dad and she lives in California.What the character learns is sometimes you can have a bad day because right now she having a bad day.The author writes funny and makes the book have action.

Lydia and Julie face a bear while they are champing. When they face the bear all Lydia can think about was her crush on Jake because Jake was just in a sleeping bag and no tent.

The main characters  are both Lydia and Julie. They both are 11 years old and in the book it dose not say where they live it only says where they are going.


Lydia learns how to cut open a fish and how to take out the guts and she learns how to catch a fish too.

The gener of the book is fiction.


The author writes the book in a funny way and some parts seriously.
